Christopher Clark - Area Construction Manager
Chris joined the Neal team from Taylor Morrison where he was the Area Construction Manager. His past experience includes Project Manager at KB Home and Construction Manager at US Home. In addition, Chris is licensed as a General Contractor by the state of Florida. Chris is a University of Florida graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
Randy Craig - Builder
Randy has 35 years of experience in the construction industry; 21 of those years as a Neal team member. He is also a state licensed general contractor, certified by the National Home Builders Association as a residential construction superintendent and is a registered certifying agent for the Florida Green Building Coalition Inc.
William Bradford - Builder
William has been a Neal team member for 11 years. He has over 20 years experience in construction in both residential and commercial projects and is a state licenses general contractor. William has built over 250 homes for Neal and he is known for his excellent customer service.
Marshall Heibner - Builder
Marshall is nearing his 15th anniversary with Neal Communities. His building portfolio is diverse including low-rise condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes, hotels and light commercial construction.
Thom Boyer - Builder
Thom has 30+ years of experience in the new home construction industry. Originally from Pennsylvania, he has brought a wealth of knowledge to the Neal team where he has been a builder since 2004. His attention to detail and continuous interaction with his home buyers results in a high level of customer satisfaction.
Andy Losada - Builder
Andy joined the Neal builder team five years ago following eight years as a professional electrician. He is hands-on, visiting sites each day, working closely with the subcontractors. He emphasizes scheduling and keeping each home’s construction schedule on track. The goal is always to deliver each buyer with the best quality home at the promised closing date. Andy is a native of
Nathan Young - Builder
Nathan joined Neal Communities from Irrigation Design Associates where he was the Business Development Manager. He has also worked as VP of Operations at Standard Pacific Homes/Westfield Homes, Field Supervisor at McLeod Land Services/Holiday Pools and a Builder for U.S. Homes Corporation. Nathan is a state licensed General Contractor, state certified Fire Fnspector and national certified Fire Service Inspector and Plans Examiner. He is a graduate of the New York Vocational School for Building Trades and has taken numerous other home building courses and training.
