At closing time, a home orientation tour provides you with the information and details you need to move comfortably into your new home. You are then assigned a personal concierge and warranty coordinator who will answer questions and provide assistance on an as-needed basis.

Eddie Gaudette - Warranty Manager
Eddie manages the Customer Service team and Neal Communities facilities, including the model homes in each community. Eddie has over 15 years of experience in customer service and residential construction, combining the two during the past 9 years as Warranty Manager.
Audrey Shell - Community Service Concierge/Warranty Coordinator
Audrey has over 25 years of business/customer service experience with seven years in residential construction. An Atlanta native, she attended Mercer University and relocated to Florida seven years ago. She has worked in all phases of the construction process from design, new construction, warranty, Community Development District and Home Owners Associations with a goal to deliver the best customer service with respect and knowledge.
