At Neal Communities, we take great pride in the personalized service we give each and every homeowner. A dedicated and experienced team of professionals, all with names and faces, assist you every step of the way.
You have the confidence of knowing your design team is made up of Neal employees, many of whom have been with the company for more than a decade. Our contractors are also considered part of the Neal Team, many of whom have been our partners for a dozen years or longer and represent the best of the best in terms of quality engineering and attention to detail.
At closing time, a home orientation tour provides you with the information and details you need to move comfortably into your new home. You are then assigned a personal concierge and warranty coordinator who will answer questions and provide assistance on an as-needed basis.
From start to finish and even after you move in, your Neal team is there for you.
Eddie Gaudette - Warranty Manager
Eddie manages the Customer Service team and Neal Communities facilities, including the model homes in each community. Eddie has over 15 years of experience in customer service and residential construction, combining the two during the past 9 years as Warranty Manager.
Jolin Solie - Customer Information Concierge
Jolin moved to Bradenton from Atlanta in August of 1997, where she had previously worked in residential construction for 4 years. She has been with Neal Communities for over 14 years. She is in charge of coordinating the homeowner orientations and closings. Jolin’s duties vary, but her main goal is to be of assistance to every home buyer, and help the process of buying a new home less stressful and answer any questions that they may have. She is a graduate of University of West Georgia with a BA in Art.
Audrey Shell - Community Service Concierge/Warranty Coordinator
Audrey has over 25 years of business/customer service experience with seven years in residential construction. An Atlanta native, she attended Mercer University and relocated to Florida seven years ago. She has worked in all phases of the construction process from design, new construction, warranty, Community Development District and Home Owners Associations with a goal to deliver the best customer service with respect and knowledge.
