Neal Communities Signs 12 Contracts During Woodbrook's First Weekend Open

SARASOTA, Fla., November 14, 2011 - Neal Communities opened its newest neighborhood, Woodbrook on November 5 and welcomed hundreds of visitors and signed 12 contracts. The community, located off Lockwood Ridge and Honore Avenue, includes homes priced from the low $100,000s and ranging from 1079 to 2535 sf. Woodbrook is convenient to Bradenton, Sarasota, and Lakewood Ranch and will consist of 213 homes at completion. Amenities in the community include a pool, spa, cabana, grill, and playground.

One of the first families to purchase in Woodbrook was Joseph and Glory Tonnies from Buffalo, NY. They will be building a Freshwater 2. For the price of a foreclosure, they could have a new home with warranties in a new community,” said their Realtor, Rigo Rivera of Coldwell Banker.

“This is hassle-free living,” said Glory, who was most impressed with the location and the amenities. The proximity to the airport was also appealing as they will be traveling frequently. The two were frequent visitors to a time share, but found that home ownership here made more sense.
