My wife and I were looking to move to Florida. We started looking in 2022. We love the Naples and Sarasota area. We searched these areas with other Builders, but none felt like the Homes that Neal’s Communities was building, i.e., with Hurricane windows, doors, Soft close and Dovetail cabinets, and Kohler/Moen fixtures. The teams at Neal’s Sales department, Marisa and Michele, are welcoming and knowledgeable, and they helped us with all of our concerns. The Mortgage team with Maria, April, and Crystal was a pleasure. They handled our problems professionally and promptly returned our calls and communications. The construction team, Diego and Cathy, whom we met during our walkthrough and home-buying journey, was informative about the house warranties, appliances, and our home build. They walked us through the home warranty program and answered our concerns above and beyond. We could not have purchased our new Paradise without the expertise and collaboration of Neal’s team at SKYSAIL COMMUNITY.

This is the place to buy if your looking for quality and feeling safe!! My home is beautiful, all the landscaping in the entire community is beautiful, we went to Lakewood Ranch first & didn’t like it , Boca Royale just blew us away.

Quality, solid build that made it feel like home from day one! From our initial visit to Windward, we had a positive experience in selecting a home site and model to build. The communication and updates during the process were frequent and detailed , which was particularly helpful since we were residing out of state during that process. We are impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship, as well as the responsiveness from both the sales and warranty reps.

Once again, Steve was great and was nothing but helpful and kind throughout the home purchase process. Lee was great as well! You could tell he really cares about the final product and making sure the customer is taken care of. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our home. That man deserves a raise! On top of that, we love this area and before purchasing here, lived around the corner at Fiore, which are also built by Neal. This gave us a good idea of what a Neal home would be like as far as quality and detail goes.

We purchased a Neal home in Avelina last month. The process could not have gone and smoother. MaryAnn, Jade and Trevor were all great to deal with! We also purchased another home for our daughter in a nearby community. The Neal home buying experience was so far superior to the other very well-known builder. I’m sure we will have some repair and warranty issues at some point, I’m hoping the Neal will continue to impress me!

From walking in the door at the sales office to closing, the professionalism that is shown through this company is amazing. We had a great experience. The model homes do a great job of displaying the layouts and potential for design ideas. Enjoyed Aaron [Sales] who was full of knowledge to our Construction Manager Greg, who took us through the finish line. The neighborhood is great, and people here are so friendly.

We love our construction manager Dan! He was constantly in communication about the construction process and progress with pictures. He has been Johnny on the spot with our questions and wonderful to work with. We recommended this community to friends that are now purchasing their lot bc of Dan. I like the homes built by Neal Communities, they are reliable and they care about the satisfaction of the customer.

I would not change anything with the service. I received occasional updates and almost weekly photos. All of our questions were answered via text and they were super helpful upon move in as well.

Windward is a pretty neighborhood with plenty of green space and nice amenities. The homes are attractive and accommodate a variety of price ranges.

We love the lake we are on and the conservation areas throughout the community. Aaron, the sales representative and Brandon, our construction superintendant, were great and we were very happy with them.

The integrity of this organization is apparent and commitment to excellence in service and construction is outstanding . A postscript: our first week in the house we had an incredible storm and much higher than normal rain. Ben checked in with us to make sure we did not have any issues due to the rain (we didn’t!). We were very impressed with the proactive thinking from Neal Signature Homes!

I closed while still in another state and the closing team allowed my adult niece who is local to do the walkthrough for me and we closed remotely which was a huge money and timesaver for me. We would recommend Neal to anyone else considering having a new home built. The quality of the home and the “field level” service is outstanding. As we mentioned in our other notes, the lack of communication regarding closing dates and process is a significant black mark. Neal’s advertising claims a focus on the customer but not knowing when or how the biggest purchase of your life is likely to occur is a consistent frustration. It overshadows the good work the field level folks (Aaron and Mikaila) are doing. Having said this, we are THRILLED with our new home. These thoughts are shared with you only with the purpose of helping you to get even better.

I really like the layout of the community as a whole and the nature trails already being completed when I moved in. For me, it was an overall great process and any concerns I had were met with a quick response that resolved any issues.

We started looking with 10+ builders last April 2023 and when we visited Windward at Lakewood Ranch, from the first start when meeting our Sales Rep we knew this community would be our Forever Home. The selections of homes and the WOW factor, what a quality build. The whole experience working with the Design Team to working with your PM. There are many builders in our community and a choice to purchase those homes, while no one is perfect, Neal as a Brand in my talking with area residents will say, “Oh, you are using Neal, you have an Excellent builder,” and I smile to reply, “Yes I do.”

Great floor plan with 10 Ft ceiling s and 8ft doors. The construction coordinator was great, very knowledge and personal. Made sure the quality was aways perfect. Went out of his way to communicate all the updates through out the building process. Took a personal interest in having a quality an timely completion! The sales associate was great, very professional and communicated often. Always helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were informed and happy with the purchase.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Special commendation has to go to our sale agent. He was exceptional. I’ve built other homes for myself and other people in my family with other builders and my experience has been once you bought the home, the sales representative really was not involved at all. He was constantly involved addressing every issue that came up, as it came up with lightning speed.

The entire process was incredible. Living in the area already and experiencing the Neal Process to the process we had with our previous builder could not be compared.
