My husband and I recently purchased a home in Canoe Creek. I wanted to send this email to recognize our sales associate, Logan Clark and our Design Consultant, Sheri Roca. We cannot say enough good things about both of them.
Logan was such a pleasure to work with him. He was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and was willing to go out of his way to make sure we were happy with our decision to purchase a home from Neal Communities. He spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable and confident in our decision to purchase our new home in Canoe Creek. He was kind enough to offer his assistance at any time in the future if we ever need anything. He was a pleasure to work with.
Our design consultant was Sheri Roca. She is so creative and talented. We started our design sessions just before the holidays. The studio was very busy and my Mother was very ill, so it took us a very long time to finalize our selections but Sheri was always very pleasant, patient, understanding and tremendously helpful. We purchased a Kiawah model and we did a lot of upgrades so it was very complicated and confusing. There were so many details to think about and so many decisions to make and Sheri was so knowledgeable and helped us so much with our selections. She made the entire experience extremely pleasant. We truly could not have done it without her help.
Your company is extremely fortunate to have Logan and Sheri as part of your organization and we hope that they get the recognition that they so richly deserve.
