When Michael and Patricia Rodrigues began their home buying process in January, they had the lush community of Windward by Neal Communities in mind. After they decided to build a villa on homesite #62, Jason and our construction teams immediately went to work on the couple’s new home. Kohl made sure Michael and Patricia knew what to expect from Neal Communities by thoroughly explaining the company’s building process. Jason even provided his contact information and encouraged them to share any questions or concerns, wanting the couple to know he was with them every step of the way.

Knowing they would have to make long treks from Southeast Florida, Jason sent weekly photos of construction progress to the couple. Even when they needed to come to the home to run measurements at the last-minute, Jason was more than happy to accommodate these requests, an extra step the Rodrigueses deeply appreciated.
