Hi Pat!

I hope all is well! My name is Nick Metcalfe and I am a former professional hockey player moving down to Fort Myers on October 18^th to your Watermark community. My wife and I will be relocating as I am going to be working for Gartner. I just wanted to thank you for 1 the absolutely stunning dream home that we will be closing on October 18^th and 2 the professionalism and kindness your team has shown throughout the whole process!

Leslie Liddle has been a huge help in our purchase as well as Kris Davenport in the mortgage department. I cannot say enough great things about them and how accommodating they have been. My wife and I are so excited to be a part of the Neal community family and already feel the camaraderie and family environment it provides. Thank you for building such a wonderful home and environment as it is truly a dream come true for us.
