Dear Mr. Neal,

I would like to take this time to tell you about the outstanding assistance that Mr. Carl Allen has given to both my wife and me. As we know, construction is an intense undertaking for both developer and the customers. The construction of our home was no different.

However, Mr. Allen demonstrated an extraordinary can-do attitude and along with his staff was able to overcome all our challenges during and after the construction of our new home.

Mr. Allen’s knowledge, experience, supervisory skills as well as his ability to work with both the contractors and customers earns him an “Outstanding” in a performance appraisal. It should be noted that Mr. Allen does have an important ingredient which makes an outstanding individual. That feature is compassion. This feature, although not emphasized today, is still a fundamental requirement used in creating outstanding people.

I strongly recommend that Mr. Allen be recognized for his exemplary performance in his duties to the Neal Development.
