Neal Communities received the Sun News Media’s 2022 Best of Venice – New Home Builder award during a ceremony on Jan. 28 at the Plantation Golf & Country Club.
The Sun’s annual people’s choice awards program solicits recommendations from readers and then allows the public to vote during two weeks between October and November. As a winner, Neal Communities will be listed in a special section of the Venice Gondolier in March.
“We are happy to have received this recognition from the Venice community, especially because it is a people’s choice award,” said Pat Neal, founder and president of Neal Communities.
Neal Communities, based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, is Southwest Florida’s largest and most established locally owned and operated private builder. In addition to its philanthropic initiatives, Neal Communities has participated in initiatives to improve the quality of life for the residents of Venice, including the formation of a public park in North Venice, the widening of Laurel Road and the addition of a grocery and neighborhood commercial center in North Venice.
