2014 was a huge year for Neal Communities, and we couldn’t have done it without our homeowners!
We broke the company sales record, selling 864 new homes and pulling 500 new permits in Manatee County. We also debuted 9 new communities in 2014 from Manatee to Collier counties, with eight more communities expected to be introduced in early 2015! Neal Communities’ 5-year expansion plan.
