Expecting their first child soon, Devin and Kayla Burrell were excited about the prospect of getting into a newly built Bradenton area home. What a way to celebrate new beginnings for their family!
See how one Florida home builder was a one-stop shop for making new home dreams for this family come true.
The Burrell’s moved to Florida about two years ago. Devin is a developer for a company that deals with medical information solutions and Kayla works as a project manager for a web developer in Tampa.
With friends in Parrish and their church nearby, the couple began searching for a builder in the area. They really wanted a new construction home and started researching online.
Unfortunately, builder after builder was plagued with poor reviews. One day, Devin stumbled across Neal Communities’ website and noticed a clear pattern with customer reviews:
They began asking around and a member of their church owned a Neal home and loved it.
The Burrell’s visited multiple Neal neighborhoods and liked them all – but one model in particular caught their eye.
As soon as they walked into the Starlight home the Burrell’s knew it was the one for them. They found the plan to be exceptionally functional and loved how every square foot of floor space was utilized to the max. From the gallery extension of the living room to the private hallway leading to the master bedroom and fantastic storage solutions, it was a perfect match. There was even a bonus den for Devin to do his music recording.
“It was beautiful,” Kayla said, “it fit all of our needs and the layout was great.”
As soon as they found out Starlight was available at Silverleaf, a new home community in Parrish, FL it was a done deal.
Except for one small hiccup.
When the Burrell’s first spoke with Neal Communities Funding they discovered a couple of financial obstacles that needed to be overcome.
By working with Mike Kaitz, a Mortgage Loan Consultant with Neal Communities Funding, and sales associate Claudia Wilhelm, together, the team guided the happy couple through a six month process.
“They were so helpful. So kind. Very patient with us. They worked with us for 6 months to put it all together and get financing squared away.”
Approved and ready to rock, the Burrell’s will break ground on their new home in May. The house should be ready for move-in October or November.
