Once completed, Indigo will have a total of 580 maintenance-assisted homes on 151.32 acres. With 14 floor plans to choose from, ranging in size from 1,407 to 2,980 square feet, home prices start at $269,990.

Club Indigo, Indigo’s $1.6 million recreation center, boasts a full-time lifestyle coordinator and features areas for community events, a culinary kitchen, fitness center and aerobic and movement studio, resort-style pool with cabanas, spa, pickle ball and bocce ball courts.
