At Neal Communities, no two model homes ever look the same.
While they may share the same floor plan, Charlene Neal, president of PureStyle, Neal Communities’ own design company, uses her vision to create a unique look and ambiance for each model.
Charlene and her team revealed their newest model home, the Kiawah at Tides End, during the grand opening held on February 17.
The Kiawah model is one of five floor plans from Neal Communities’ Coastal series that will be available in Tides End. Inspired by Florida’s casual lifestyle, the Kiawah model features a tonal interior design theme, utilizing different shades within the same color palette, with an emphasis on textures and casual living.
With 2,907 square feet, this open single-story home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a den and a three-car garage. The layout also includes a gourmet kitchen with a large island overlooking the great room and a large, covered lanai. A room-sized walk-in closet along with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, oversized bathtub and a water closet complete the master suite.
“The Kiawah has a wonderful great room with a roomy kitchen that is attractive and functional,” says Charlene. “We hope that upon seeing the Kiawah model at Tides End, and all of its design possibilities, homebuyers will want to personalize it according to their unique style.”
With four bedrooms and a spacious 1 or 2 story configuration, the Kiawah floor plan is perfect for both couples seeking additional space for visitors and large families who need a lot of bedrooms.
The new Kiawah model can be found in the idyllic private, island-style community of Tides End located on 17th Avenue in Northwest Bradenton. The gated neighborhood will have only 38 opportunities for buyers and is situated in an ideal location. The well-established area is central to all of Bradenton and in close proximity to The Estuary in Palma Sola, as well as the newly expanded Robinson Preserve, Palma Sola Botanical Park and the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island.
