The Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood, Florida, has unveiled a completely renovated 18-hole golf course designed by Gordy Lewis. The project involved a complete rebuild, including a new layout, expanded practice facilities, and enhanced greens complexes with subtle undulations and classic bunker design. The course features Seaside Paspalum Platinum grass, improved drainage, and expanded tee boxes. The club offers a semi-private membership with access to golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness, dining, and social activities. New homes are available within the community from Neal Communities and Neal Signature Homes.

Neal Communities, a leading homebuilder in southwest Florida, recently donated $25,000 to support community events and youth sports in November and December 2024. This includes $5,000 each to the Cape Coral Junior Football Association, the Edison and Ford Estates Annual Holiday Nights, Hoops on a Mission, Tampa Bay Partnership Rebuilding Tampa Bay Housing and Recovery Expo, and the CA.P^S program. These donations came through the company’s Plan for Giving, which supports causes important to its staff. Ivory Matthews, vice president of community and governmental affairs, highlighted the company’s commitment to philanthropy, stating that Neal Communities has donated over $8 million to local charities and causes, emphasizing their core belief that “Where You Live Matters.”
