Mr. Neal,
My wife and I just closed on a new home in Grand Palm and I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and commend two of your employees who made the construction of our home enjoyable, as opposed to a stressful experience.
I want to commend Dale Key of your Sales staff who was the face of Neal Communities when we were considering purchasing a home at Grand Palm. He ultimately was the person to sell us our home when we decided to purchase. Typically, a sales person washes their hands of you after they close the deal and moves on to the next perspective buyer. That was not the case with Dale. He stayed in touch and sent us pictures throughout the construction of our home, which we appreciated very much since we were building this home long distance. This is a second home as we live in NJ and he realized we wouldn’t be able to visit the construction site on a regular basis and took the extra step to help us. Even after closing, he is a friendly face who waves and says ‘hi’ when he sees us as he shows other prospective buyers the community.
The second person we want to recognize is Marshall Kutz, who was the construction project manager for our home. After a little rough start with another project manager, Marshall was given our home to manage the buildout. From Day 1, he stayed in touch with us via text and phone conversations, even after hours. He was always pleasant and genuinely seemed to care about our concerns and always addressed them in an efficient manner. He worked with us and never rushed us off the phone even when it was on his own time. And again, even after closing, he said he was there for us and addressed any immediate issues that needed to be taken care of. We were only going to be in Venice for a week after closing since my wife had to go back to work and even with everything else he had on his plate he always had time for us.
My wife and I can’t praise these two gentlemen enough and as CEO I think it’s important that you are made aware of exemplary employees that elevate your business and make Grand Palm special.
Sincerely,
Chris Marino
