Dear Pat Neal and all of Neal Communities Management, Rita and I purchased our Neal Home (Grand Palm, Meadow Brook) in February and moved in September and have plenty of good things to say about the process and people you have working for you that deserve mention.
We love Grand Palm and all of the amenities. We loved the variety of floorplans and especially love our Captiva floorplan.
We just wanted to say a big “Thanks” to Darice (and Steve) in the Milano office! Also to the staff at the Design Center, they were all great, from the receptionist to the designers!
Pat: We had a great meeting with Summer Smith-Pope and Randy Olson Monday. Sandy Keith, Ron Grinnell, Todd Logan and Jerry Grens were there representing C.O.T.S. (Coalition for Osprey Transportation Safety) and the communities that make up our little town of Osprey.
