Because we were remote for the walk-thru and closing, she went above and beyond working some issues as they arose. These were post sales, but she took it upon herself to follow the process through to the end. She is a major asset… her willingness, professionalism, and positive attitude wanting to help us in any way she could.
The financing department walked us through the entire financing process, from beginning to end. They would always make themselves available to handle any concerns or questions. They went out of their way to make the on-line portal as easy as possible to upload any required documents.
