Neal Communities Earns Eighth Consecutive Year of Workplace Recognition

LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. (September 1, 2026) - Neal Communities has once again been recognized as one of the region’s premier employers, earning the number three ranking among large companies in the Sarasota-Manatee Top Workplaces 2026 awards.

The recognition marks Neal Communities’ eighth consecutive year of workplace honors, following three years as a Best Places to Work honoree from 2019 - 2021 and five consecutive Top Workplaces recognitions from 2022 - 2026.

What makes the distinction particularly meaningful is that it is driven entirely by employee feedback, according to Tashara Carmichael, Chief Human Resources Officer for Neal Communities.

Only organizations meeting Energage’s benchmark standards earn Top Workplaces recognition, making the award a direct reflection of employee sentiment and organizational culture.
