Dear Mr. Neal,

I would like to thank you for having Adam Holzer, project manager, come out to my home to check on my yard that I felt was caving in. He looked at it, made some comments, and took some pictures. He told me he would be back as soon as he could get a crew together to dig it up and see what was going on. He did what he said and he and his crew showed up yesterday, Friday afternoon, and found out that it was a dead tree stump that had disintegrated. They put new soil in and new sod. It was very professional and I appreciate what they did.

This is why I would never purchase a home that isn’t built by neal communities. You back your work and I have always said that you are the best builder in the area. Thank you Mr. Neal for helping me out and standing by your word.
