This is just a note to tell you how much I have appreciated being able to work with both Nelson Balinger and Tammy Fero on my one month warranty issues on my new home. They were instrumental in working with me (I have a very ill sister and arranging the work to be done has been complicated). I can say that my issues have been resolved most satisfactorily to this point, and they were a very big part of that resolution.

I trust that Neal will continue to be responsive during the remainder of the warranty period, and look forward to working with Nelson and Tammy again.

My home is lovely and I am pleased to be living in a Neal Communities development.
