I would like to mention what a wonderful experience we had with Neal and the staff at Vicenza. Our New Home Sales Associate, Connie Chase ,was there for us from day one. We weren't planning on purchasing when we stopped in, but she answered so many questions and made us realize this was a doable dream. She was there to answer the many questions we had, even on her days off and when she was out sick. Her never pushy attitude was exactly what we needed. She teamed up with Trevor King, our construction site manager, and like Connie, he was always there to answer any questions. He kept us updated on the build and any issues we needed to be aware of, all the way to the closing date and beyond.I don't want to fail to mention our Design Consultant, Justine Sieloff.We spent the day at Lakewood Ranch picking all the options on our villa. It was the first time we ever had a home built, so we were clueless as what to expect and all the choices we had to make. Thank goodness Justine was there for us. She was so patient and offered her advice when we were having difficulties deciding on certain options. In the end, we got everything we had asked for and the villa looks great, thanks to her help, along with Connie and Trevor. I don't know about other people's experiences with Neal, but our three representatives made it a very enjoyable process!!Pat and Barb Mitchell

Overall good experience. Home had some quality issues (in my understanding), but at the end of the day all issues had been corrected. It is a dog-friendly community, huge dog park (maybe the largest among the neighboring communities).

We wanted to relay our experience with your employees in the process of acquiring the home.Our sales person was Connie Chase. She is very professional, knowledgeable of the product and process, a pleasure to work with and a very hard worker. Working hours and days off don’t seem to exists in her world. She always took care of business whenever it was required regardless of the day or time. She was always responsive in answering our questions and never made us feel we were imposing on her.Trevor King was our “builder”. He too was professional, knowledgeable of the product and process and a pleasure to work with. Trevor was also responsive in answering any questions we had. We know he had other projects in addition to our home, but as with Connie he never made us feel we were imposing on his time.Marina Phillips was our Design Consultant. She guided us in our selection of finishes and flooring for our new home. She did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results.In summary our overall experience with this build has been very positive with a minimum of stress due to the high quality of your employees.
