I have the pleasure of owning a Neal Communities Dream 2 home in Wysteria, Wellen Park. I chose my lot and finishing options for my home, including a pool as part of the construction (best way to go). I LOVE my home. My wife and I have been shopping for a vacation home in Venice. Our realtor suggested we look at Wysteria in Wellen Park. That is where we met Brad one of the sales representative at Wysteria. He was extremely friendly and helpful and took much time showing us the models, the options and several lots. He also, pointed out several things we should consider when picking our lot. We are very happy with our section and working with the entire Neal Communities team! However, Brad's desire to help, his kindness, his lack of pressure and just seeming to care about our happiness was very refreshing! In addition, the entire team including Neal Communities Funding has been very easy to work with and just really seems to care about their future home owners. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience, home and neighborhood. Also, Thank you Brad for treating us with kindness and patience!!

We are no strangers to the new home construction process. Usually people post when they are unhappy but few post when they are pleased.Our experience so far with Neal has been exceptional. We live locally so we are fortunate to be able to watch the process closely. Our home is not yet complete, but getting close. So far, everything promised has been delivered, and ahead of schedule. Neal's reputation must be important, and it shows.We are very impressed with the subs! We chose a difficult tile pattern and the work is amazing. That pattern is dependant on a good drywall job. Drywall is dependant on a good framing job, framing job dependant on foundation, etc. etc. The subs really have been great. Clean and respectful. We were surprised.But everyone knows an orchestra is only as good as its conductor. And our two conductors are superior.Our CM, Thomas, is a super guy. He came in the middle of our build but picked up the pieces seamlessly. He is smart and knowledgeable. Thank you, Thomas!And our sales person, Chris Caropreso, is the glue that holds this community together. Anytime we visit he is out taking pictures of homes to send to buyers, checking on progress, and visiting with residents. He is so smart and friendly and patient, LOL. He has the answers and if there is something he doesnt know, he actually gets back to you with the answer when he finds out. The constant communication and updates is reassuring. We were so lucky to find this community and especially lucky to find Chris!! Thank you, Chris!As we await the completion of our home, we are more excited each day. So looking forward to our new home!! And there are only a few lots left. Dont miss out on this one!.

Not built yet. In the last stages of construction. I love the small design and attention to detail in these Wellen Park cuties. Can't wait to see these houses finished, the gate and common area promise a nice neighborhood feel.
