Dear Mr. Neal,
We just wanted to thank the Neal Warranty Department and Steve Tanaka, in particular, for addressing a plumbing leak that occurred within our walls. The damage and repair issues were addressed in a professional and timely manner. We truly appreciate Neal Communities for shouldering the responsibility for this unfortunate event. We also appreciate the speed and concern with which the repair was done. The walls and baseboards look better than new!
We understand that there are always going to be issues that may or may not be solved by the home’s warranty. We know that you and those who work for Neal Communities will always give residents an honest and fair response to their questions.
